Glenelg is a very popular tourist shopping and restaurant stip as well as the dolphins swims.
While you are at Glenelg you should have a meal at the revolving restaurant just 200 meters from the beach and on the 12th floor. The rotation takes around an hour and gives you fantastic uninterupted views over Adelaide city,the Mount Lofty ranges and Adelaides beautiful coastline.
Quite a few visitors to SA seem to like the fact that we have a great many pulic golf courses which is another reason for our accommodation choice. Just a 20 minute drive can get you to 4 or 5 public golf courses and if we extend the drive to around an hour we can find around 15 public courses.
One very popular golf course is in the Adelaide hills at Mount Osmond. After golf on the way home half way down the hills is Windy Point. This is a combination, cafe one side and silver service restaurant the other and both have fantastic views over the city of Adelaide and all the way to the coastline.
We also have entertainment for thrill seekers and people that just have to pack a lot into their holidays. We can go down to McLaren vale for some wine tasting and have a round of golf. Just another 10 minutes away is the Alding aerodrone.
The decision here is to go for a sedate joy flight down over Victor Harbour and Goolwa to see the mouth of the Murray river( Australia’s longest river) and migrating the southern right whales.
